Mannix is pleased to announce a new appointment who will help to ensure the College continues to provide the highest levels of support and engagement to our students.
A PhD student with a passion for inclusive and holistic education, India Wright has been appointed as the Academic & Professional Development Coordinator of Mannix College.
Under the supervision of the Dean of Studies & Careers, Dr Sam McAuliffe and working closely with the College tutors, India will be responsible for enhancing the academic, intellectual and professional support offered at Mannix.
Having completed a Bachelor of Science (with first-class Hons.) and Bachelor of Global Studies, India is currently undertaking a PhD in chemistry at Monash University. During her undergraduate studies, India was involved in various leadership roles and completed the prestigious Monash Minds Leadership Program.
Prior to joining Mannix, India was a teaching associate in undergraduate chemistry laboratories and was also a Senior Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) Leader at Monash University. Through these roles, she developed her passion for education programs that engage students academically, professionally and personally. She is committed to supporting students through their university journeys as they enhance their learning and employability skills.
We are thrilled to see the positive impact India will make on the quality of the tutoring program and academic support at Mannix.
