Admissions & Student Life Coordinator

Are you a versatile administrator with a passion for helping people? Then this is for you!

In this 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover role, you’ll lead our efforts to recruit and support residents, working closely with Senior Management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Admissions: Manage the application-to-arrival lifecycle, from enquiries to major events, tours, marketing, and student communications.
  • Administration: Co-manage the reception desk and office operations.
  • Student Life: Be the first point of contact for all enquiries and handle a variety of administrative tasks that keep our community thriving.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fun and well-established accommodation provider that helps young adults create a ‘home away from home.’ We hope the successful candidate will begin with us by August 1st, 2024, if not before.

College Tutors

Mannix residents are supported by a team of Tutors who offer academic support designed to complement the learning they receive within their faculty at Monash University. The College enjoys a well-deserved reputation for its inspiring academic environment and scholarly performance exceeding the Monash University average.

Mannix tutors are paid $60/hour and are supported with many additional benefits including:
