Receptionist
Mannix is seeking someone who will act as the primary, welcoming point of contact for in-person, phone, and inbox enquiries. In this role, you will direct queries to appropriate teams, handle mail, deliveries, visitor sign-in, and manage access control.
You will oversee daily office operations, including ordering stationery and supplies, filing, data entry, printing, managing noticeboards, and organizing meeting room bookings. Additionally, you will draft and distribute routine communications, maintain contact lists and templates, and lend a hand to cross-functional teams during peak periods.
Your responsibilities will also include assisting with key and access card issuing, logging maintenance requests, and providing logistical and administrative support for events, Open Days, and student move-in and move-out periods.
You will uphold privacy, safeguarding, and WHS policies, handle personal information discreetly, and escalate safety or student wellbeing concerns promptly.
