Whether it’s a conference, events at Monash University, an exhibition or a wedding we have a variety of spaces available, and our dedicated events team will work with you to create a memorable experience. Our on-site kitchen team can create bespoke menus for a wide range of events – whether it be a sit-down lunch, gala dinner or standing cocktail function.
Wanting to stay overnight? We can provide accommodation for groups small and large in our Residential Wings (289 rooms available) and/or Gryphon House (25 rooms available) from late November until mid-February each year.
