Our fees include:
On top of that – and just as importantly – you will have access to:
- a safe and welcoming campus with on-site security and trained wellbeing staff
- events and competitions (sports, musicals, plays, and more)
- academic tutorials and peer learning support access to the College gym, plus subsidised access to the Monash University Gym, Pool and Fitness classes
- an on-campus library just for Mannix students, where you can research and study (it’s open 24/7)
- formal dinners, weekly social events, talks with guest speakers, and many student-led activities
- professional and leadership development opportunities
- access to the Mannix alumni network, which is made up of almost 7,000 people across the globe who are often all too happy to help a fellow Mannixian out (plus we have a dedicated online platform to help you connect)
- and more!
Living at College means that you can be reassured that all the essentials are covered and that you aren’t having to worry about the extra stress of energy bills, groceries and housework. Instead, you can focus on your studies and spend your downtime hanging out with your friends.
Your university years are precious and are something you can’t get back. So make the most of the rare opportunity to live within a community of like-minded students, get involved in as many activities as you can, ace your studies, and have a tonne of fun.
Living in a tight-knit community so close to campus will also save you money! You can engage in our rich calendar of events, join clubs and enjoy academic and professional development support offered by the College. Best of all, returning residents enjoy generous discounts.
“Coming from boarding school I was looking for somewhere to live that would feel like a home away from home, which is why I chose to live at Mannix.”
One of my favourite things about living here is the catering; whenever I’m hungry all I need to do it walk to the Dining Hall, which cuts out the effort of having to buy food, cook it and do the dishes!
Mannix really is one big family; you can expect to make some of the best friends you will ever have and are given the opportunity to contribute to the wider community.
Basically, expect the time of your life.
